1. Order
2. DELIVERY
The customer will receive the delivery at the address of his/her choice, entered when creating his/her account or the
order. Delivery is provided by different carriers at the choice of the customer. Delivery of available products is, for
metropolitan France, up to 30 days from the card payment.
Orders are delivered to the carrier within a maximum of 72 hours.
The cost of shipping the order is fixed by the weight of the products according to the tariffs established by the
carriers.
In the event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you must contact us via the contact form on the site.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
• The user can pay for online purchases by bank card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
• The prices of our products and services are indicated in euros with all taxes included excluding shipping costs. The
seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced based on the current rates
at the time of the order being received.
• The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed for the duration of them being online and while stocks last.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the user has a period of fourteen (14) days to
exercise his/her right of withdrawal by returning the item(s) ordered to the seller without having to give any reasons
or pay penalties except for the costs of return. The fourteen-day period runs from the date of the reception of the
items.
Open items (damaged thermoretractable cap safety sleeve) will not be accepted.

5. Waranties
All articles are subject to a legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. The user benefits
from a warranty enabling him/her to return delivered defective items in accordance with articles L 217-4 et seq. of
the Consumer Code.
6. LIABILITY
The seller cannot be held liable, in the online sales process,for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as
loss of data, intrusion, a virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
7. THE SALE OF ALCOHOL
PROTECTION OF MINORS
In accordance with Article L 3342-1 of the Public Health Code which stipulates that the sale of alcohol to minors
under 18 (eighteen) years of age is prohibited. ALCOHOL ABUSE
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.
